Dr. Alexandra Bodden
Dr. Alexandra Bodden is licensed as a Psychologist in the Cayman Islands and Maryland, USA. Dr. Bodden holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and additional master’s degrees in General Psychology and Clinical Psychopharmacology. For the past seven years she has worked in community mental health clinics and hospitals in Florida and Cayman, specializing in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse, persons with substance use difficulties and persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Dr. Bodden works at OnCourse Cayman where she provides individual and group therapy, conducts psychological assessments for adults, adolescents and children and facilitates corporate workshops for skill and team-building purposes. She is also an adjunct lecturer in psychology at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI). She has presented workshops and papers in local and international conferences on topics such as domestic violence, homelessness, substance use and child abuse. Dr. Bodden is also actively involved in the community facilitating a monthly radio show on topics related to mental health and providing informational sessions to local organizations on topics such as mindfulness, healthy relationships and stress management.
Ms. Natalie Baldwin, LMSW, RYT
Ms. Natalie Baldwin is a licensed Master of Social Worker in Texas and registered with CPAM in the Cayman Islands with seven years of experience. Natalie is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Natalie is a part of the National Association of Social Workers and has been awarded Student of the year for the North Texas Chapter in 2014. Natalie is a BPW member, YBPW Cayman President and YBPW Regional Representative. Natalie specializes in trauma-informed care utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy when working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is a creative, empathetic and effective therapy provider using a client-centered and holistic approach while implementing expressive arts. Natalie has experience facilitating workshops and trainings focusing on trauma, domestic violence, and team building exercises.
She believes in meeting people where they’re at and supporting them in developing their goals throughout treatment. She helps clients work through complex emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns and learn new coping techniques. Natalie uses a strength’s based practice when working with client helping them over come issues such as low self-esteem and learning to build healthy interpersonal relationships.
Ms. Angela Francis
Ms. Angela Franics brings 12 years of work as an Administrator for a local law firm to the OnCourse Cayman team. She is a certified Medical Office Manager and is responsible for management of clients, such as scheduling, billing and referrals, as well as management of the medical records and office in general. She is a kind and calm spirit who always makes clients feel welcome in our office!
