- Family Resource Centre (949-0006; frc.gov.ky): Parenting Support/Coaching, Crisis Support, Educational Programs, Free Legal Advice through Legal Befrienders walk-ins at FRC 5:00-6:30pm

- Cayman Health Services Authority (HSA) (949-8600; hsa.gov.ky): Psychiatry (medications), Psychology (therapy and testing), Occupational Therapy, Crisis Intervention/Emergency services
- Cayman Islands Crisis Center (943-2422; cicc.ky): Emergency Shelter for victims of domestic violence, drop-in centre and support for teens and young adults, 24/7 emergency hotline (number listed above)

Other Resources
- School Counsellors: Available in most schools to children for support at school site; able to provide immediate/crisis support and/or refer for additional services and support
- Employee Assistance Programs: Many workplaces will provide counselling services through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or will be able to assist with a referral to a professional if needed/desired. Check with your HR to see if your company has such resources, sometimes the company will pay for counselling sessions.
